His native village is Kurundwad near Narsobawadi in Kolhapur district of Maharshtra State. He has spent his childhood in Dapoli, Dis. Ratnagiri in Konkan area.

Every action has the authority of God. We need to experience how it happen. This process contains all kinds of joy, happiness and liberation. Every moment is ruled by God. Everything happens by His will. We are only the tools and vehicle of God. He is doing His work through us as He wants. He is happy, so I am happy too. Our interest is in the interest of the whole. Selflessness is the greatest selfishness. Shiv Bhave Jiva Seva i.e. every soul is potentially Divine, and service to human is service to God is his formula of life.
